About the Role

As a Business Development Executive at INOVVIO, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting INOVVIO's innovative financial technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. Develop and execute strategies to attract and secure new business.


  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations. Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Promote INOVVIO's Solutions: Present and demonstrate INOVVIO's products and services to prospective clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Prepare and Present Proposals: Develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase INOVVIO's capabilities.

  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the financial technology sector or a similar industry.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of financial technology and related solutions.

    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

    • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
